About the Event

Are you an experienced researcher thinking about your next career move?
Are you interested in developing your career through research and training by working abroad?
Do you wish to learn more about EU funding for individual researchers that boost scientific excellence and enhances researchers’ career prospects through developing their skills in entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation?

The European Commission’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) has diversified funding schemes suiting different level of expertise and institutional needs.

This free-of-charge 1-hour webinar, scheduled on 2nd of June 2020 at 2pm CET, will introduce MSCA actions with a specific focus on Individual Fellowships (IF). Any open questions that remain will then be addressed in a subsequent interactive Q&A session.

The goal of the Individual Fellowships is to enhance the creative and innovative potential of experienced researchers of any nationality, wishing to diversify their individual competence in terms of skill acquisition through advanced training, international and intersectoral mobility.

There are two types of Individual Fellowships:
- European Fellowships (open to researchers moving within Europe, as well as those coming in from other parts of the world)
- Global Fellowships (fund positions outside Europe for researchers based in the EU or associated countries)

This webinar is entirely for free. The lectures will be held in English. Registration is now open. Space is limited, and attendance is on a first come, first served basis.

A supplementary online assessment (http://forms.asrt.sci.eg/mobility/) was prepared to help you assess your knowledge prior and after the webinar.
